ABSTRACT

The article investigates recent transformations on the concept of legal consent in the context of technological advancement, with a particular focus on the influence of artificial intelligence. The main hypothesis of the research starts from the idea that technology affects the authenticity and validity of consent, which requires revisiting traditional paradigms in private law.
