ABSTRACT
This article once again opens the doors of the Willem C. Vis moot competition to the world and presents the main legal issues tackled by the 2024-2025 Problem. The procedural challenges brought by the Respondent this year refer to the mandatory character of mediation as a pre-condition for arbitration when the parties agreed to a multi-tier dispute resolution clause. An additional point of procedure was the admissibility of evidence obtained illegally and of "without prejudice" documents.
